В социальных сетях проходит флешмоб - женщины по всему миру публикуют свои снимки в одной и той же одежде, сделанные до начала работы над собой и с уже достигнутым результатом.

Все они достали из шкафов одежду, которую носили много килограммов назад, и наглядно продемонстрировали свои успехи. Судя по снимкам, некоторым удалось похудеть на 4-5 размеров, а кому-то и больше - и это впечатляющий успех. Мотивирует, не правда ли?
